Pembangunan Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (Fasa II) - Pembinaan, Penyiapan dan Penyelenggaraan Kerja-kerja Pengorekan dan Tebusguna Tanah

This project is the second phase of the development of Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Johor. The scope of the project involves the dredging of a navigation channel down to –18 m Admiralty Chart Datum (ACD) and the reclamation of about 146 hectares for the port terminal area. The quantity of the dredging work is about 30 million m3 and the quantity of the reclamation area is about 32 million m3 . This reclamation area provides a total of 2.92 km of wharf length of eight (8) berths that can accommodate post-Panamax Vessels. The Consultancy services involved in this project include: 

• General management of liaising with other agencies & corporate presentation;
• Cost estimates and budgeting policies;
• Managing the design processes and design changes proposed by the designers;
• Contract management activities such as contract administration, progress payment and scheduling, variation, method of measurement, delay/acceleration;
• Project planning, monitoring, review and evaluation;
• The management of construction activities from the commencement of construction to the issuance of certificate of completion.

The project commenced in August 2002 and was completed in July 2004
